Exchange Policy

✅ Eligible for Exchange
• Only unused and unworn products are eligible.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hrs of delivery.
• Exchanges are available once per order.
🚚 Size Issue Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange due to size issues, the customer must bear the shipping cost (both return & re-delivery).
• Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will dispatch the new size.
❌ Not Eligible
• Products with stains, perfume, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

When will I get my order?
At Casique, we are primarily a made-to-order brand, which means each piece is crafted specially for you. However, we do keep a small surplus stock for faster shipping on select items.

We highly recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before you need it to ensure it arrives on time.

We offer a fast shipping option where your order is dispatched immediately to meet your required delivery date. This service costs ₹300–₹600 extra depending on your location and will ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
How does partial COD work?
To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, we offer a Partial COD option.

- remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
